LOCATION & SCHEDULE

The 41st Annual NCAAE will be hosted by the University of Rochester, in Rochester NY, on October 26-27, 2024, at the Memorial Art Gallery (MAG). A complete program of papers and events scheduled for October 26 and 27 will be made available. Program schedule can be downloaded here.

Venue and Accessibility 

The MAG is located at 500 University Avenue, Rochester, NY, 14607. Free visitor parking is available in all lots on the museum grounds. Designated spaces available for visitors with disabilities are located in parking lots A, near the University Avenue entrance, and D, near the rear entrance. 

Conference attendees will also receive free admission into the art gallery during public hours, which are Wednesday-Sunday, 11am-5pm. 

Meet and Greet 

For those coming into town early,please join us at Three Heads Brewing for drinks. There will be a  pizza food truck there if anyone wants to purchase food.

The MAG is surrounded by many great restaurants that are only a 5-minute walk away. Below is a list of restaurants that are in close walking distance from the MAG which are open for lunch, and others which are just open for dinner. Please note that many restaurants are not open on Sundays.
